1.Please download firmware to your PC(not your tablet), according to your model.
2.Download and install software for windows .
Click to Download (Phoenix Suit)
1. Install software (PhoenixSuit) on a PC and open it (should be in start menu) Please click 'yes' to any red pop out windows about drivers.
2.Click on Firmware icon ,then Image button and show location of downloaded firmware file (*.img). Please check the photo below.
3.Turn on your tablet and connect USB cable to USB port in your device(not HOST)
If your tablet is not detected please go to settings>Developer options>USB debugging (make sure is on)
4.Press 'upgrade'
5.Confirm popup windows .
Wait till 100% and message about successful upgrade.
Option B (Your tablet is not working)
1.Hold Home button (in N1 Volume button down)/ and in the same time connect USB cable to USB port in your device .
2.Press power button 5-10 times (don't release home/volume button)
3.Upgrade process will start automatically (release all buttons)
4.Confirm popup windows .
Wait till 100% and message about successful upgrade.

Deletehi my tablet versionis NC1C android 4.4.2 and tablet have viruses it cause restart always. when i try upgrade firmware it restart again and nothing done. i try upgrade option B but this time opening factory mode, i did clear flash but nothing done again. tablet iz opening with viruses apps. i cant delete this viruses apps, so help me

ReplyDeleteMy NC1E is stuck in boot loop. I have run root integrity check which comes up with error found 5 lost files and error found 3 modified files. System check fail. I have downloaded phoenix suite to the pc, but it doesn't recognise the tablet. Is there a way to put a recovery onto a micro sd card?
